This reflective summary should be reflective of your Learning regarding Employability Self-development, self-awareness and career planning over the duration of the module.
Therefore, there needs to be a sense of progression in your thinking in respect of your learning over the course of the module. This should encompass both the work you undertook in the sessions during the first semester as well as the placement.

Try to balance sufficient and focused description of the areas you are required to reflect on with an analysis of your learning. This should not be a day-by-day account of what you did in your placement or in the seminars. Description should be kept to a minimum and the emphasis should be on what you have learnt and, more importantly, the impact this will have on your future. You will need to select key issues to reflect on in depth rather than address all aspects of your experience.

As part of this assessment, you will need to present a critical incident analysis on how covid19 has had a significant impact on you in your placement.
Again, the emphasis here is less on description and more on your reaction and how this has informed your learning and thinking.

Your reflective summary must critically appraise your own development and performance and consider to what extent you met your own expectations. You should also compare and contrast your own appraisal of how well you did with feedback received in the university and in placement. You must conclude by identifying how this has influenced and informed your personal development needs and career goals
