Although social media does an amiable job of connecting us to the rest of the world, giving people job opportunities during a global pandemic, as well as boosting our potential and creativity, it has also been known to propagate immorality, largely amongst teenagers or young adults. The youth have faced many issues regarding social media; ranging from suicide, cyber bullying, having forced to face false beauty standards, and meeting strangers online, social media is a much scarier place than we initially thought it would be. Social media does certainly have its pros, but the cons outweigh the pros dramatically.
