It is about diversity but focusing on the three dimensions of the framework. Why the 3 dimensions are important when analysing this framework?
Question 2: 3. Reward management can be used to enhance employee performance. Critically discuss reward management practices that organizations can adopt to achieve this purpose.
It is about reward and performance. There is a positive correlation between these two. When answering this question, you have to choose few appropriate examples – one or two examples for reward practices and analyse if they could improve performance and in what way?
